Peter Sandbach has over two decades of experience in communication training. Before founding Free Range Communications, Peter served as Head of Global Communication Training at Roche, where he established the Roche Academy of Business Communications and trained senior executives and scientists. He also held leadership roles at Syngenta and Novartis, specialising in strategic communication and issue management.
